The PMC is using RegOnline’s web-based software to make it easier for you, the Registrant, to register online.

Privacy
RegOnline and PMC agree to safeguard the information you provide (see our Privacy Policy) and make it available only to the PMC and anyone to which the PMC provides access. RegOnline has no control over, makes no representations concerning, and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from the privacy practices of any PMC. Accordingly, if you want to find out how an PMC will use any of your registration information, you need to ask the PMC and/or review their privacy policy.

Registration Site Content
The contents of this Registration Site, such as text, graphics, logos, links to other sites, audio clips, video, photographs, software, trademarks, and other information is, unless otherwise noted, were created by the PMC. RegOnline has no control over, makes no representations concerning, and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from the content included or the representations made in this Registration Site.

Event Responsibility
RegOnline does not provide any other products or services related to any PMC’s event. All activities, services and products related to an event are provided solely by the PMC and others, but not RegOnline. RegOnline is not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of any PMC. RegOnline has no control over, makes no representations concerning, and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from the content or activities of any event registered through RegOnline.

International Registrants
RegOnline makes no claims, nor shall be liable for compliance with any privacy laws outside of the United States. If you are a non-U.S. Registrant, you acknowledge and agree that RegOnline may collect and make your information available to the PMC outside your resident jurisdiction.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The site and the content and services made available on the site are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. RegOnline does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever. Under no circumstances shall RegOnline be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages for any use of the Site. In no event shall RegOnline’s total cumulative liability exceed the fees paid to RegOnline by you.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold RegOnline, PMC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, costs, liabilities, losses and damages of any kind (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from (i) your use of the Site, (ii) your use of products, services, or information provided through the Site, or (iii) your breach of any provision of this Agreement. RegOnline reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with RegOnline in asserting any available defenses.

Governing Law & Choice of Forum
This Agreement and access to the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado , exclusive of its conflict of law rules and matters affecting copyrights, trademarks and patents under U.S. federal law. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Colorado and of the United States of America located in the State of Colorado for any litigation or disputes arising out of or relating to use of the Site and not to commence any litigation relating thereto except in such courts. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive any objection to the establishment of venue of any such litigation in the State of Colorado and agree not to plead or claim in any State of Colorado Court that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
